The steppes of Asia minor, Afghanistan to Syria.
Planting Tips:
Give Ixiolirion a dry, sunny location where its grass-like leaves and star-shaped flowers can thrive and possibly naturalize. It needs well drained soil, and will definitely not grow on clay.
