From indoors to outdoors.
Have your potted bulbs finished flowering? If so, toss them on the compost heap for organic waste or (nicer!) plant them in your garden or in a little landscaped area nearby.
Not all of these bulbs will emerge next year, but you stand a good chance of success with daffodils and grape hyacinths. Do not attempt with amaryllis and paperwhites unless you live in the deep south.
