Bulb Gifts: Napkin Ring

bulbs, cellophane paper, raffia ribbon, card stock

How to:
- Bundle bulbs in cellophane paper
- Secure the bundle with pieces of raffia ribbon
- Cut name tags from card stock—leaving room in the upper left corner to punch a hole
- Attach the name tag to one tail of the raffia
- Complete your bow
- Place the bundle on top of the napkin at each place setting
