How to:
- Stack bulbs along the inside of the trowel blade
- Place the trowel atop a colorful whirly pop
- Wrap the blade, bulbs and pop with cellophane paper (available in the gift-wrap section of most stores)
- Secure at the base of the trowel’s handle with a colorful ribbon
- Add a gift tag if you like
